Based on the comments, it looks like the GK was only sold via Taobao with 100 copies.
There are a bunch of bootlegs of her floating around though, which is what you might have come across before.

Apparently it was only a gk and was seemingly severely limited. I really don't know much though. What a gorgeous figure of Ayaka though my gosh. It's an absolute crime she hasn't been made into a scale figure. Has anyone else even seen this or been able to get her? I've think I've seen her posted about twice in the past 6 months. Is she even real lol?
