updated info: i am doing my best to help you all but i'm not sure if this is right however i believe the next step if you don't get a refund is to file a claim here (because they've already filed for bankruptcy) www.cacb.uscour... under "file/amend claim" and use the link at the top of this article to find the case number. (you would be filing as the creditor) i'm so sorry y'all i'm trying to help you guys so i hope something works!! if anyone knows more about this pls share in the comments or if this is incorrect pls lmk but i think this is right
original info: i want to add that i made a formal complaint to the attorney general in california (which is where the store is located). this is a final step to get your money back if all hope is lost, i can't guarantee anything but it is 100% worth the try as it worked for me! if you need info pls feel free to pm me ♡

please everyone check your email! it seems the speculation may be true as i just received this email from Ukiyo Kumo which states:
"Thank you writing in. We regret to inform you that there has been indefinite delay in procuring your Mizuki Bunny figure at this time and can no longer be fulfilled for Order #*****. Please accept our sincere apologies. A refund will be issued shortly.
