I ordered Nendoroid Red in June and paid for it as with any pre order. I was wondering when it was coming since it was released late sept. So I checked my account, and to my surprise it's says it was delivered on 9/30. Delivery was sal small package which doesn't have a tracking number that I am aware of. Has anyone had this happen to them? I emailed them and just waiting for a response.... Hope all is alright because I am super excited about that figure.

Maybe you should contact them directly asking about it:
J-FIGURE

Also does it say delivered or shipped? Since the release was on the 27th it could be that they shipped him on the 30th.

My friend pre-ordered the N nendo and asked them to declare a value around 2,500 yen because of our customs. My friend said they'd take a full responsibility of the package, not that it would have mattered as they chose unregistered shipping method.

J-Figure sent my friend's order late, it took them an extra week, so they offered a discount coupon, 5% off. However, they said it would be too dangerous to declare such a low value so they declared almost 4k yen for the order. (I always ask BiJ to declare my nendo orders down to 2k yen and that's not a problem at all.. the packages are small and everything. It's not suspicious, imo.)
Now my friend's package will hit the customs and they'll have to pay fees. If they declared what my friend asked there would have been zero problems. And because they won't declare what you want my friend does nothing with that coupon, they won't order again. I feel bad for my friend :<

Just wanted to share this experience, in case someone else located in Europe with strict customs limit is thinking about placing an order on their store.

Just wanted to tack on my experience.

I couple of months ago I bought ITEM #110259 from them. The listing is still up here: jfigure.com/ind...

The product description is wrong and also terribly spoilery, but I didn't think anything of it. After I ordered, they emailed me saying there was an error in the listing and there wasn't actually any box with the figure. I didn't really mind, so I ordered it anyway and they gave me a 10% off coupon for the trouble.

I didn't think anything else of it until I went to sell the figure myself and someone pointed out that he's also missing his belt. While that's visible in the listing's pictures, it wasn't a detail I noticed, and besides that, in our email correspondence about the box, the assured me the figure's condition was otherwise "good" and mentioned nothing about missing pieces.

I'm irritated that basically nothing in the listing's description was correct and that while they had to confess about the box, they didn't admit a piece was missing as well. I know I should have noticed the detail in the pics, but I also thinks they have some responsibility to make their item descriptions correct and clear to buyers.

I'm waiting for their response to my inquiry about the belt now. If you're going to order from them, I'd recommend confirming everything about your order before placing it.

I just wanted to vent a little here- Actually, I just pre-ordered a figure I've been wanting for a long time the other day, and JFigure is one of the only options I had to pre-order it. So I took the plunge and PO'd the figure there. I would post links to the figure's listing, but it's 18+ so...

Anyway, everything went smoothly and bam, I looked at my e-mails and didn't see any confirmation e-mails from JFigure, so I went back to the site to look at their FAQ. Turns out that I should've contacted them if I didn't receive a sign-up confirmation within an hour of signing up, so I quickly e-mailed them about that as well as my missing order confirmation e-mail. The FAQ said to check my spam/junk folder, and I did just that, but still, nothing from [email protected] Weird.

It was 11AM EST when I sent an e-mail (12PM in Japan), so I decided to leave it until now (9PM EST, 10AM JST). Low and behold, still no reply- I just sent them another e-mail, and at this point, I am incredibly concerned about a few things...The shipping method I went with for the order is EMS, which comes with a tracking number once it's registered and shipped. If there's really an issue with their domain, or perhaps it's with my e-mail service providers- (I tried both my gmail and outlook). How am I going to get that tracking number? It's another thing if they update the order information on the site with the tracking number once it's available, but I believe that they send the tracking number via e-mail.

-Sigh- I'm gonna give this another day, and see if I get a reply. If not, I'm just gonna get Paypal to settle this thing.

I will update this post as it unfolds.

EDIT // Okay, so I just got a response from jfigure, and it seems like their e-mail server is having some technical issues. Apparently, my order confirmation will be sent after they fix the issue. Oooookay. I can finally breathe easier now.

EDIT EDIT // (May, 2nd, 2016) // So I logged onto the site with the same account I ordered the 1/7th Aoba by Native BUT the order information is completely gone!! There is no order in sight! What the heck? I immediately searched for the figure, but the figure's listing isn't there either. I am immensely worried now, and this is becoming incredibly shady. I just sent an e-mail and if I don't receive a reply later today, I will open a dispute via Paypal and just get my money back. These things shouldn't be happening and I still haven't received an order confirmation e-mail from them- STRESS. I'm so done right now.

EDIT x3 // (May, 2nd, 2016) // Got another reply, again, their server has been very slow and they haven't been able to fix the server due to a long holiday. It doesn't explain why the one figure's listing is gone and all other listings are fine, but okay.

Okay so judging from the few posts on this thread, this shop doesn't seem to be the most trustworthy one orz -_-

I'm kind of in a dilemma since they just got one of my grail figures in stock. Apparantly A/A condition - even though in their ranking "A" appears to mean opened but it good condition. The price seems pretty good, they potentially undervalue and the figure is pretty hard to get for a reasonable price. I'm so tempted x.x

I remember that I once bought a Nendo from them 4 years ago in my early collecting days and it went quite well, apart from that shipping took pretty long. But damn, these few reviews and not-so-good ones at that give me a hard time, since we're still talking about 19,000yen at stake here :/

Anyone with somewhat recent experience maybe? Help T_T

Anyone ordered from J-figure with surface shipping recently? They have a figure I'm interested in but I'm wondering if I can save a bit of money by having it shipped with surface mail instead of EMS.
