hello, i experienced the same issue with max factory rena, where her neck snapped off and is currently stuck in one of the heads. how did you end up fixing her and getting the neck out? i was thinking pliers and gorilla glue but am afraid to take any drastic actions yet given how expensive she was.

Ah I'll have to check out shipping. Some are, some are not. I took one of each out for a line up picture, but that's it. They've never been stored outside of the bag or in sunlight.

Sei for sure has been opened. Clear is a maybe. (I moved and so they're at a relative's house. That's why I can't remember for certain).
