I can understand why collectors turn to them, especially because they aren't that expensive compared to pvc scales.

I think they're not as good at the girls, since they all seem to be a little off. Most of their male sculpts are great, maybe they should stick to that. Especially since resins (and normal PVC figures) are more likely to be women since they are thought to be more popular (and sometimes are), I think Cheng Studio should capitalize on the niche of making bishonen figures of popular characters.

Though I do also feel like their Sanemi, who I also want, looks a little goofy. His face is a little squished, I think, but I like the body sculpt quite a bit soooo idk.

Hope you'll show us your new Giyuu figure corner once things have settled in your new place. Personally would do a 2 for 1, get some exercise in and baby-carry them kiddos into the new place xddd

I'll definitely be posting photos once I get moved in! I'm going to be using an Ikea Vittsjo display, so it'll be a little brighter than the dark Billy cases I currently have. I have two Giyuu and three Rengoku figures coming tomorrow that will have to wait to be unboxed until I'm moved in!

But everyone else looks badass, and I like how they made all the male hashira have torn clothes with tits out looks (except for Nemi, who always has his tits out LOL). I imagine they’ll do the same for Rengoku… I can’t see it happening for Obanai since it doesn’t feel like his thing, and I can’t see it for Muichiro either since he’s just a young lad (although I could be wrong for both, since they are going for that mature look based on the line so far).

Agreed with the torn clothes look! Nice to have some gender equality here, haha. I do wonder if they'd age Muichiro up, since they did with Sabito and I think with Inosuke? Either way, I don't know if I'd like the ripped clothes since his loose flowy clothes are so iconic. Obanai could be cool if they had his facial bandages ripped up a little, though it may encroach a little far into spoiler territory? They are making the upper moons, though, so who knows.

Wrapping them snugly into a tub is probably my best option. I'm not looking forward to repacking all of my figures- I have an Ami Ami order coming, and I won't even bother unpacking those since I'll have to have everything packed back up in about a month. Hopefully everything gets through the move in tact!

I'm waiting for them to continue the line so I can see how other hashira turn out... although I must say I don't really like how Shinobu turned out. I enjoyed reading your review!! =^^=
I think yeah I'd just wrap the figure boxes (with the figures inside already) in bubble wrap and put them in a plastic tub, and make sure they're snug with other items in the tub. If that makes sense? Because you don't want them shifting around either! Better to be safe than sorry. I don't think I'd recommend the lap thing because any sudden turns or bumps on the road, and the figure goes flying. XD
