1★ - AVOID
Same as other reviewers here. The customer service is next level bad.
I ordered a $250 figure from them, only to receive an automated email saying that the item cannot be shipped to my country by their standard courier and that I will need to opt for the more expensive shipping service, or expect a 4 month wait. They also said that they will also cancel my order and offer a full refund if I wanted to.
Naturally, I asked them to please update me on the new shipping costs. No reply. Days passed, I decided to follow up again... no reply. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I waited some more. No reply.
At this point I had found the item on Yahoo Auctions for $120 cheaper. Brand new unused. So I thought, okay I'll cancel my order with AnimeNPC as they have not said a word or updated me on my order. Emailed them requesting a cancellation on my order... you guessed it. No reply.
Out of the blue days later, I received a notification that my order had been shipped. I'm no longer interested in keeping my order nor pay their outrageous shipping fees.
Not even sure if I'll be able to get my money back. PayPal gods help me.

4★ - Problem solved
After a few months I'm got a refund and all claims is cleared
5★ - No issues
I ordered a 1/7 Jean Bart figure from them on 3/28/22. They shipped it out on 4/5/22 and I received it on 4/26/22.
They packaged the figure excessively well. 3-4 layers of bubble wrap around the figure box and it all fit inside the shipping box snugly.
Overall no issues but given all the negative reviews, your mileage may vary.

1★ - STAY AWAY
Lost about $300 because I haven't received items...Horrible customer service. Too late to dispute on Paypal because they were pre orders and more than 180 days passed. Animenpc doesn't reply. Thieves! Beware for your wallet's sake...
1★ - Avoid or get scammed and ignored
Same story as many other reviewers. Purchased a ($230!) figure that was in stock, but really they didn’t have it at all. Didn’t answer to any of my emails or even WhatsApp message, and as of right now (Dec. 2021), they last updated their covid shipping availability in Sept. 2020. Yikes. It’s not at all accurate anymore, for example Japan Post, which they use as their only option, has had all forms of shipping shut down for Canada since May 2021. Their site is barely mobile compatible and overall it appears nobody cares. I could go on. Wish I had read some recent reviews before purchasing. Basically, just stay away from this company. Thank god I had PayPal cover me, but what a waste of my time and energy it was to even buy from AnimeNPC in the first place. They especially advertise rare figures at fair prices but it’s all a deception and some weird scammer type of business, or at least it became one.
