1★ - Not a good experience
I had a really hard time dealing with Mandarake Nakano customer service who was surprisingly haughty and even offensive. However I only exchanged with the person in charge of the foreign buyers, so I don't want to generalize nor everyone to think that the whole customer service is like that.
Otherwise they have a lot of choice, good prices and the shipping is not too expensive but I definitely won't buy again.
(The shop in Japan is amazing by the way, if you have the opportunity to go there, but forget the online website)

5★ - Awesome Place
Went to the actual shop.
Simply awed at the number of stuff to buy.
You just simply need to look around (and can take a whole day to look around the whole place) and you'll definitely find something you want to get.
There's a place for you to sell your stuff you dont want anymore as well.
Got stuff I didn't even know existed.
Must-go-place, 2nd to Akihabara.

5★ - Great!
I must say that I'm very satisfied with my order at their shop in mandarake.
First because I could finally get a limited edition figure I've been wanting for 2 years. Right after I ordered it, it was taken down from mandarake. Confirmation and shipping didn't even take 2 days to be done, and as I had to chose DHL because of the weight of the item, it arrived in just 3 days.
Shipping wasn't overly expensive and I didn't get any additional taxes once the item arrived in my country.
So yes, very fast and very happy with it; I recommend them :)

5★ - Best Mandarake branch so far
I have bought quite a lot of stuff from Mandarake and somehow 95% of them were from Nakano store. I have to say that this is by far the best Mandarake branch. They are speedy in terms of getting shipping quote and once paid, they ship the item nearly immediately. some other store like the one in Umeda took 3 days to get back on shipping quote, which although is within their specification but Nakano branch showed that it could be done a lot faster. I still have another item to be shipped from Utsunomiya branch, which I paid for on 16Jun but until now they have not sent the email that they have
