I didn't have my figure until May.

I already glued together the broken parts; why would I need to send you a photo? I'm not trying to be rude, but it won't look like it was broken because I already fixed it.

The problem here is that I paid for a postcard, and it seems you scammed me, so unless you send me one, I don't see what issue you are trying to solve here.

My package did come with bubble wrap, but no postcard. I don't recall whether it was you or me who said it didn't, but it did.

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry for the trouble that you experienced about the figure we sent a few months ago.

Please understand, however, that we shipped the figure by EMS on April 17 and it arrived in your country on April 26. It had been kept at the custom until you picked it up late May. So the delay is not our responsibility. As we said, the seller has no control over the custom operations once the package arrives in your country and we request each customer to track the package and take care of its pick up.

Sorry for the postcard. We suspect that it was lost when the custom officer opened the box for inspection because you said that the box came naked without the bubble wrap around. Native/ BINDing postcards originally come outside the figure's box as bonus parts and we always pack the card outside the box but wrapping the entire figure and card with the bubble sheet. In other words, we never open the sealed box in order to put the card inside. But in the future, we will re-consider packing of the card so that someone who opens the box would mistakenly throw it away.

Finally, could you share with us more details about the broken ribbon parts? We checked the figure before shipping to confirm everything was alright but it could be our mistake, or again, a possible damage during the custom inspection. We will look into the problem and come back to you.Sorry for your inconvenience but we hope you understand the situation and help us to sort out the problem.

Buying the same figure twice a secondhand one & a brand new one with the bonus and they arrived with no problems!! Im glad they sell rare figures!! I recommend!! I will be purchasing again thank you so much!!

I have now purchased two figures from this company, both figures pretty rare now and hard to find. Each purchase has been an excellent and smooth transaction. Any questions I had were promptly answered and shipping was very fast. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to purchase figures, I will definitely be using them again in the future! ^^
