I’m glad you reached out! I just push on it until it ended up coming out of the head. I pushed it against the head and eventually the ball popped out. To fix it, I just superglued the neck piece to the body. I picked my favourite face to put on and haven’t touched it since. If you want a more sturdy fix I’m sure a wire or peg would work better though.
