I think the cutest figure I own is definitely the Homu bunny fig. The cute lavender dress, the bunny ears, the pose and smile... Everything is so cute about it! (ITEM #1223555)
But my Kirino fig is super cute as well! \(o´∀`o)/ (ITEM #246286)

It's so hard to choose, but I have to go with (ITEM #466688) not only is the pose and expression adorable but the quality of paint work and sculpting are fantastic as well. As an honorable mention I would pick (ITEM #1401407)(ITEM #1401395) as I have a weakness for pastel colors. ^-^

Mines definitely ITEM #997234 ! Kanna was already adorable as is but she suits that hairstyle sm :3

Putting aside my personal character biases, the cutest one I have is probably this nendoroid! ITEM #117986 Yuno's one of my favorite character ever and I think the proportion of Hidamari Sketch fits so much to nendoroid that she's just the cutest~
