I like them and I had no problems with my orders, they are a bit pricier then other German shops I’ve ordered from. And I think you can’t cancel any order which is not my favorite, that’s why I do not pre order a lot here.
Still recommend, especially for in stock items.

Update: I only asked kindly if it would be possible to cancel one pre order and they just blocked my account without any warning haha. Even though I had a quite a few orders with them which were all payed.
Yeah wouldn’t recommend the costumer service at all lol.

Waren mal gut, Service hat stark nachgelassen.

I have order 2 times from them now, one on 2017 a nendoroid and came very well packaged and arrived quicly, I live on the order end of europe and arrived to me within a week, on january I ordered again and everything well packaged as always even the outter box was in good condition. Overall they have a good variaty of itens and some quite rare to find on the market, some good sales too! the shipping is the standart for any item, either a 1/6 scale or a nendoroid.

Already ordered some figures from them, never had any problems, they always ship the orders very fast :) The support is also very nice and helpful, questions via their contact form are answered fast (from my experience within a day).

Sehr netter Kundensupport und eine riiesen Auswahl. Hier schlägt das Sammlerherz schneller, immer weiter so :)
